I watched some 2025 forecasts for tornados (the whole year) and they're predicting a weaker year in 'Tornado Alley' (Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas) and a more active season Eastward so this aligns with that.
Well, in general Tornado Alley has been migrating Eastward but last year was an exception. It's interesting to see the predictors they use, because not only is it climate patterns but also tangible things like there being more ice than usual in the great lakes.
