Board rules are guidelines that decide if content is on-topic or not. These are simply rules librarians must follow when moving content. To date no one has been banned for breaking a board guideline.

/qa/ - Questions & Answers
A board designed for longer or more serious discussions
Topics such as imageboard meta, anime discussion and generic blogging are recommended
Posters should try to be mature when discussing content
Board prefers quality over quantity
/jp/ - 2D/Random
This board is primarily for short and funny threads
Content should relate to Japan through either text or images
There are no rules on what 2D means
Explicitly sexual content is not allowed, but better tolerated if spoilered
/sum/, /spg/, /aut/, /win/ - Season Boards
This board covers topics relevant to the seasons.
Boards will cycle every season.
Even though it's random, try to be polite.
/ec/ - Ecchi/Cute
A filesharing board who's main restrictions are on sexual activity.
The more contentious an image is, the more likely it will be spoilered or deleted
Disallowed content:
Grotesque monsters
Sex acts
2D CP(toddlercon, sexualized loli/shotacon, etc.)
/f/ - Flash & Files
Permits most file types(ask in /b/ for more)
Files that do something malicious will be deleted
/b/ - Site Meta
Reserved for site development and site meta
/poll/ - Polling & Honesty
Polls!
Holds a slight meta function.
Others
The content of other boards is not particularly notable.
Often their purpose is revealed through their titles.
Global Rules
Unless otherwise stated, violating these rules will typically result in a ban
All content must abide by Canadian Law
Individuals under the age of 18 must not view, use or post on Kissu
Extreme political content is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to: swastikas, calls to violence, manifestos or planning of political events
Grotesque content(realistic or fictional, text or images) will not be allowed on any boards. This includes but is not limited to: guro, methods of suicide or plans to harm others
Posters who suggest raids or give out personal info will be banned
Ban evasion may lead to range bans
Advertisements without authorization will be deleted
Complaints about Kissu outside of /b/ will be moved
Impersonating a member of the staff is forbidden
Proxies, VPN or Tor may be banned. A Kissu Whitelist token is given to funders which bypasses this
(abuse of tokens for spam will lead to them being revoked)
Low quality content is judged based on community and moderator tolerance (some boards are more dangerous than others)
