Isn't it super fucking hilarious that these women act like the men are their enemy instead of realizing that they could be wiped the fuck out by NK in an instance?

South Korea is a highly urbanised society, as are most western nations and that's one reason why birth rates are so low. There just isn't the ability to buy a house that would fit many kids or by the time you could you would be infertile.
The change in a woman's role in society is another reason. They spend too much time getting an education and working. Societies will have to increase spending on childcare but that's easier said than done.

No.34797
>>34794It is what it is whether you think I am being reductionist or not. This issue isn't new either. Society has been urbanising and women haven been in the work place for a while and so birth rates have been declining for a while.

Well it's about 4 times higher in the USA than in South Korea.
But rape statistics are complicated because different nations classify it differently and report it differently, this is a legal matter and not a cultural one however. I think that's why Britain has so many, because they have a broader definition of it or something like that.
Also saying that the Koreans report less because Misogyny is stupid and reductionist.
But anyway, it's not a pleasant topic so I'm not going too far into it.

It's not a losing strategy if you play it correctly, but passiveism is. MLK did pacifism right. Just accepting things being the way they are and resisting any change because it could be scary is how you never accomplish anything. And at the same time being so incapable of holding a position that you never speak up about anything too radical on your own side that is obviously going against basic human nature to the point it could harm your movement is equally retarded.

Imagine, having a political movement for the 'people' that is so unfathomably unpopular that black homeless people who should be heavy in your court find Trump to be the candidate of normalcy and a better future.
The left is full of ivory tower charlatans high on their own farts and incapable of relating themselves or their messaging to the common folk anymore.

And also they are simply evil if they decide to stay uninformed on the nuance behind why that uniffied American vision is secretly racist and terriblefor the country, just like those scumbag Latino (sorry for not saying Latinx, but they don'tdeserve it) wetback monkeys that supported Trump. They could have at least recognized their privilege as males in this society and voted for the one female on the ballot.

People's lives are too comfortable now. That's why they don't fight against the system and it's why talk about communist ideas is really only surface level and performative. They talk about it but at the end of the day they know they have more to lose than they have to gain.
This is also much of the reason that left wing thinking has shifted away from communism and towards identity politics. Most of the people pushing identity politics are strongly entrenched into the capitalist system, games journalists and YouTubers are a good example of that(though Youtubers have less self awareness of this).
As for the reasons why people voted the way they did. Remember that many Latinos are catholic and many women are religious or conservative in other ways as well. This is the issue with identity politics, you create friction within the groups that you are actually trying to get the support of. A catholic Latino isn't going to support abortion or trans rights.
And also they are already in the US so deportations won't affect them anyway, in some cases they might actually want stronger borders for the same reasons that other people would.
What was interesting in this election was that even though abortion is a huge issue among many women, more women voted for Trump this time than they did in the last election.
