kissu friends, please remember to take vitamin supplements if you stay indoors. low vitamin is really bad!! and most people are deficient because we stay indoors all the time!! it can lead to worsened anxiety, and depression, and worsened immune system and health outcomes in general.

I drink a lot of OJ so I'm OK

 No.720

I started taking multivitamins in addition to the vitamin D I already do.
I guess it couldn't hurt, but I don't think there's ever been confirmation that vitamins as a whole are nearly as effective as getting them in food

I really like this artist, especially his H drawings

alternatively, you could eat your veggies and fruits instead of buying vitamins.

I don't know how people actually get the recommend servings of this stuff every day. You either need a personal chef and grocer or spend a significant amount of each day cooking and preparing.
I view vitamins as a "better than nothing" thing. Oh yeah, this reminds me that you can get dried bacteria tablets and I tried those like a decade ago. Maybe I should look them up again.

>dried bacteria tablets
You mean probiotics? I'm not sure they really have much benefit in isolation. I've always just heard that they're important to take if you have to take an antibiotic, because those can wipe out your gut flora and lead to some of the more harmful gut bacteria taking over and leading to a sort of infection that can make you really sick even up to a month later.

Oops, I mean dried algae. It's supposed to be a good green vegetable supplement or something.

 No.744

You can also get pineapple pills to make your cum taste sweet. Supposedly, I'm not speaking from experience.

 No.745

plant seeds, seafood, and egg yolk are much more nutritious than vegetable and fruits which is nothing but sugar and fiber

I refuse to believe that it's gotta be a myth and even if it did I'm betting it's hardly noticeable.

Pulp or no pulp?

I like the one that says some pulp.

N-not that I'd know or anything, but it's not a myth and it is pretty noticable. Not pills though, just various citrus fruits eaten in decent quantities make it taste sweeter, artificial sweeteners can do the opposite.

I only ever take C/D3 and a B12 but I've never noticed a change in my energy levels and it's already rare for me to get sick, I'm not sure why I'm still taking them but I'll still do it.

It is times like this I hate being curious and a "I don't believe it until I see it" type of person I'm going to cave and try that soon enough...
