Man, I remember seeing that clip so long ago. That was one of those "check out this clip on this internet" things that would be called viral today.
Still amazing today- I wonder if anyone has topped it in terms of complexity and quality, they should certainly be able to with all the improvements and ubiquity of programming stuff.
The way it syncs up for different parts of the song is just so skillful, so even with an advantage of new tools it'd be difficult.
