ELAN SCHOOL = MKULTRA for kids?
Just found this deep thread about the Elan School on a new imageboard.
They made kids beat each other up, confess to fake crimes, and die in the "ring".
Shut down in 2011. No one punished.
Is it part of a bigger coverup?
