For some reason I can't raise my left pinky finger from a closed fist as high as my right pinky. Anyone else experience this sort of asymmetry?

Nope. If it's as bad as the pic you should probably see a doctor about it, although I'm not sure what they could do about it. Maybe cut a tendon and let it heal or something? Something is definitely wrong there.

No but you made me check and it seems like the dexterity of my right ring finger is inexorably tied to how high I raise my pinky. It can only stay in the fist if I hold it there with my thumb. Hands are weird.

I can't feel from the tip until the third knuckle of my left index finger. It got broken really badly when my friend closed a car door on it years ago. Healed crooked because I didn't go to hospital and reset it myself. Nerves are dead I guess. It's kind of cool though because I can touch myself in other places with it and it's like being touched by another person.

Right index finger's top knuckle is full of dead nerves too. Sliced it open washing dishes one night when I had my hand inside of a glass that shattered.

Hmmmm I think the other post is right, though, it does seem like it could just be the bottom of the hand. These studios all use 3D hand tracing workflows these days so I think extra fingers are a thing of the past.

My hands are like that too, right is stiffer than left. The ring finger is not as independent like the rest are. I think it's because the ring finger is more of a supporting digit for grabbing things, where the index and middle are primary manipulators and the pinkie has its range of motion because it's at the end of the hand.
