I don't think it's /maho/ either, although tech talk on imageboards tends to be a crapshoot. People aren't on places like 4/g/ because they see the value of anonymity, but because every place with accounts is able to keep them banned. I'd say /maho/ is pretty good, although has its struggles with aggression and behavior typical of /g/.
