'Crossover' can be fun if it's not just two popular characters posing with each other, but related in some themed way that makes sense. Also 'what' can be funny.
I don't generally go looking through a booru without something in mind to search for, since I feel like I've aged out of the newer hip source material.

I often try "rain" plus whatever character I'm interested at the moment. Adding rain means more often than not that you get a full background as well, which I like and correlates with a higher technical skill. Many various things you can do in terms of mood and composition, too.

I'm cheating a bit because I like multiple tags, things like living_room, tv, cup_ramen or anything that's domestic because I like to overthink how a characters daily life would be like outside of whatever main premise there is.
