3rd option? I wonder, could it be toggleable for certain threads? I like the function of it for normal board use and I think it should be encouraged so people actually look at the larger board more, but it's very helpful for active threads since I'm probably going to post there again shortly.

yeah, I thought about it some more and I'm not actually sure. Because /qa/ is very single topic focused and /jp/ is different and it would really help to drive in the differences between the two boards... I think I'm just gonna make /qa/ a noko board...
