The LORAs are typically out within days of the first episode of something as people want to be the first to do it if it's popular enough. It was like a year and a half ago that I saw a github of an automated process that will automatically take screenshots and then use AI to detect characters and faces and autocrop them for training and do all sorts of other stuff. It doesn't make a great LORA, but it an adequate one that's enough for most people that just want to masturbate.
