18*18*25 = 8100ft³
And we know that the volume of earth in cubic foot is about 38.2 sextillion ft³ ( https://www.unitconverters.net/volume/earth-s-volume-to-cubic-foot.htm ).
Seeing as Satoko tried leafifying the house when the sun was up (right above head, looking at their shadows), and the house turned into leaves when the sun was down (when Marin was having dinner), we can assume that it took 6 to 12 hours for the house to turn into leaves.
Accounting for earth's volume, the earth should turn into leaves in about
8100ft³ took 6 hours to leafify
1ft³ takes 6/8100 = 0.0007 hours
38.2 sextillion ft³ takes 0.0007 * 38.2 sextillion = 26.7 quintillion hours
26.7 quintillion / (24 * 365) = 3.05 quadrillion years


So the Earth will turn into leaves in 3.05 quadrillion to 6.1 quadrillion years.
Safe to say that a good portion of all mass in the universe will probably cease to exist before Earth leafifies.

A nice guesstimate, but this calculation leaves out that it's not a consistent linear formular for how long it takes for something to leafify. The average human female is around 17.22ft³ and she can leafify that in a second or less. So probably it depends entirely on her confidence and imaging of the event since we saw how her clothing being off affected her usual instant leafication of bodies, causing her to be very sluggish at it. But now that she knows it's possible it looks like in the next episode her leaf ability is working much faster on a possibly similarly sized building. So either the earth takes exponentially longer to leaf than even the quadrillion estimate, or it collapses much faster in which case god save us all if she gets confident.

Just realized this is complete trash.
This assumes that the building is a huge block of cinder, when in reality a building is mostly just hollow.
Safe to say, it'd take a lot more than the final number of years to completely leafify the Earth. Based on the calculations.
But if as >>97571 says its based on her confidence/調子 (sadly we didn't get to see it because the cicada decided to move), it could probably be as fast as it takes her to leafify a human.
In which case we could all be in space any moment now...
