She literally wasn't?... Teto Territory was just as popular as World is Mine, and she's literally in the Project Diva games... I've seen this sort of sentiment echoed recently, seemingly by younger people who weren't around, but this idea that Teto was obscure is pure, blatant revisionism. UTAUloids were VERY abundant and popular alongside Vocaloid.
