Did kissu just get hax'd?

It's been a fun evening, but i guess i gotta sleep now. But if anyone is curious, i got a little motivated after the coding anon fixed the css markup issues earlier, so i ended up wanting to have some fun by "abusing" the custom markup a little bit to make something a bit more unexpected. Like, maybe something that would overwrite both the post image and text... and then i just experimented from there.
>>96038
It was mostly just a fun proof of concept, so i didn't spend too much time on the finer details. I was also kind of limited by the already large amount of frames i had to work with since i just did it in ezgif, so i kept it quick and simple.
But i kept it non-looping since it thought it would be a little creepier if it only appeared once and then didn't appear again. Repetition is kind of a tell-tale sign of a .gif/.apng.

Nice!

Hehe... anyway, sounds good. Hope you'll keep at it!

No, just some fun messing around with kissu's custom markup.

You should definitely use photoshop or (maybe?) gimp afterwards to edit it and then from there you can. Although when it comes to animated pngs not sure how well they support it. If they do support them though, you'd be able to edit how long a single frame persists so you could extend that instead of adding a bunch more frames.

I mean, neither of those programs can actually edit/move/copy frames in a gif directly right? You'd still have to split it into frames first, import, edit each as a separate layer, and export. That was pretty much what i was doing with paint.net and ezgif already anyway.
Also, the initial delay was just one "empty" frame on a 5s delay so obviously i could've made that one longer. But when the blurring starts, that's 3 repeating frames, so you can't just make the time on each frame longer or it's just look like a slow slideshow. You have to repeat those 3 frames multiple times to make it "last" longer with the same quick shaking. and i just didn't feel like copying 3 frames, again and again, more than necessary.

You can drag and drop .gif into them and they will auto turn into a series of layers IIRC. Then you can edit the layers. I think Photoshop also allows you to put delay on each frame, not sure about Gimp.
Also why can't I see it? I saw it once and now even if I reload the page, open it in another tab, or in a whole different browser, I can't see it...

Sitting and staring at the PC and avoiding the work I need to do by shitposting because the work is very frustrating and I wish things just worked so I don't have to fix htem

I'm a bit frustrated! I worked hard yesterday to get money for mothers day and now I'm broke and need to make another big bit of change after grocery and buying my friend a gift!
Ahhhh, life is hard sometimes and I just want to be a NEET again.

Oh, that's pretty neat. I won't use a product that costs like a half a paycheck a month, every month, just to use, but getting some kind of simpler animation software might be a good idea in the future.
>Also why can't I see it?
I set it to not loop, but i don't actually know what exactly is needed to "reload" the .apng animation. Sometimes i could trigger it with just a new tab, sometimes not. Opening the link in a new browser should trigger it again, though. But maybe it has to do with if it's still in some cache somewhere or not...
>>96104
I can't really shitpost at work or i'd probably get fired on the spot if i was discovered, but otherwise that's pretty much how i feel too.
>>96108
Agreed. I've never been a NEET myself, and been like a decade since the last time i had a few weeks off that wasn't jam packed with chores, responsibilities and other obligations i have to do, so the urge to quit it all and just become a NEET grows stronger every day...
