No, the OP pic is not a spoiler because you see stuff like this all the time. It still has the great music and visuals of S1, too.

Marathoning it might be difficult in that regard, yeah. First few episodes of season 1 are kind of slow to establish the worldbuilding, although the visuals and music are top notch. It's a very unusual world and I feel like I'd need to watch it 5 times to begin to understand it.
