I had an idea about improving my diet. I get thirsty pretty regularly and when I get thirsty I can drink down stuff pretty fast. Just drank down 0.6L of water in around 5 seconds and that fairly satisfied my thirst and didn't make me want to drink any more. Comparing that to my normal behavior of drinking a small sugary glass of whatever, like choco milk, and still being thirsty, the water is probably much better for not bloating me up more.

So I think that if I want to drink something immediately I'll just go straight for a tall glass of water first to quench my thirst and if I want something further after that then I'll go get a glass of choco milk or whatever. This should help me in reaching the goal of burning most of the fat off my body.

It's a good idea. There's a lot of calories in drinks, and people often confuse appetite with thirst.

Yeah, I've found myself chowing down on sweets and the likes because if thirst. It's a good rule of thumb to first head for the water, hungry, thirsty, or just if you're craving anything in general.

Water is always a good choice but there are also plenty of zero/low calorie drinks at the store. I always have a jug of Arnold Palmer in my fridge that's only 10 calories a glass but still tastes good. (There's also diet soda but I don't want to start an argument about aspartame).
