How do the Japanese go about remembering each other's names? I already struggle enough remembering the names of people in English and I can read those out pretty easily.

Oh, yeah, they have the "It's written like ___" thing. I wonder how many of them remember for co-workers or basic acquaintances that they don't expect to actually care about.

Names are hard, it's much easier to just address everyone as "Omae" and "Kisama".
