It kind of... sucks. It reminds me of western comic book movie humor with all the dullness implied. The 20 second of sakuga or whatever at the end of each episode is kind of nice, though, but not worth sitting through the other 20 minutes.

It's a vehicle for animators wanking themselves off. That's why they got isekai'd into a kuso retro anime instead of a modern litRPG world.

The most recent episode was probably the best so far, everything in the real world looked far better casually than anything in the boring isekai world. Also a better dive into Natsuko's character, she's much more of a shit than she was initially presented as but she's definitely a talent. Obviously some quite heavy references towards her current state being one of a coma or dream while she's passed out from overworking herself to find out what "first love is", and most likely is going to find it in the isekai world with Luke before getting back to the real world to finish her original movie no longer 'lacking' that critical trait. Also kinda wonder if I should dig a bit deeper into who's behind this project so I can see if my suspicion this is a somewhat personal story to someone has any weight.

Also the prospect of someone being so talented while young isn't quite as unbelievable as one may think...

Yeah, the most recent episode was good because it was entirely unlike any of the others. Unfortunately the story returned at the end of it so my interest is largely gone.
Cool episode, though. Maybe they should have just made an OVA or something instead of a show.
