I think they've done this with other series too but this is the first time I'm seeing one pop into my RSS feed so they must be promoting it a bit extra.

I surprisingly remember a fair bit about it, including:

¥the gunslinger girl-ish agency they work for
¥chisato's no-kill policy and artificial heart that gives her exceptional reaction times but also nearly killed her
¥the joker guy whose goal was to destroy the agency by making them go public
¥his endgame plan where he puts guns around the city and reveals the agency and gets people to shoot the girls and he sets the agency hq or something to blow
¥the final where chisato is facing off with joker guy who traps her in a blind match to even out their ability and takina bursts through the metal to come save her proving her usefulness in the end
¥the gay couple that gives credence to an actual yuri relationship between chisato and takina being possible as well
¥sakana
¥hacker loli in the closet

There's some finer details that are also a bit muddy to me and I remember that the anime ended up annoying me with itself at some point to where I made a rant post so I probably won't rewatch it, but I certainly did like aspects of it including everything they're filling these shorts with so I'll definitely watch S2.

Yeah, I don't remember if I liked the show or not, but I do remember really liking the girls.

It should've focused more on SoL. IIRC once it got serious I started to compare it to Gunslinger Girl and LycoReco was no Gunslinger Girl. Not even action-wise because like >>5878 said rubber bullets nerfed the action.
