been enjoying a pathfinder 2e campaign, even though my autistic little heart is kinda missing all the options 1e had.

I was planning on running solo Scarlet heroes and have recently played Shadows of War so was debating putting in some kind of nemesis system. I couldn’t get the motivation to start till just recently as I finally generated a world (using worlds without numbers). The 2 regions I made are Volcano and desert, with the volcano holding some precious resource and the desert inhabitted by sentient monsters. I may have just made mordor 2.

I’m thinking of setting it in the Scarlet Heroes world cause it should be fine and just making it a remote region of the shou lands (shou being ORCS) where some rare resource is, but can’t decide what. Dwarves in SA need gold for regilous purposes so I’m thinking that, maybe it was a former hold that has lots to find yet, but have to decide what civ is getting it as trade or if its dorfs themselves.

Posting about it here to keep me motivated to keep going.

What are dungeons in your setting? Natural formations? Crafted structures? Why do people go into dungeons: fame, loot, adventure?
Use what they mean to figure out who would inhabit them.
