Doesn't seem like that kind of show at all. It's an adult SoL centered around a ballpark. It will probably get super boring a few episodes in, but right now it's an okay "third place relaxation" anime.

The person who directed the Op and Ed should be in the credits but doesn't seem like anyone has added it. Maybe in anidb they have it or ANN

Found it in the description of the ED video. It was right there for you, all along.

Still, I'd already done this once to find the main animator of the Mayonaka Punch ED, so i had an idea where to look. Just didn't think i'd be right in OP's video itself.
