Another weird encounter. Buying an umbrella, so I bought one and I said "cado" and then he showed me that the plastic wrap of it was broken and I acted all confused as to why it mattered.
Something else, I went to buy some sushi at the 7/11 and I starting dumping all my change in without first hitting "cash" thinking it would automatically decide it based on me putting coins in. I heard about those things so I just thought it would work

Something else of note, at least in Sapporo is that people do give white guys a kind of suspicious look whenever they do something kind of strange, like forget the umbralla in the coffee show or not understand what they meant.

>>3142I'm not in pain over that... My feet are really stretched and my climbing muscles ache from yesterday... Your advise is going to require me buying a tub of alchohol somewhere in Sapporo and a tub. Then it will probably scratch off the skin due to the loss of surface tension creating an open wound
No.3144
AI Monsters contain an anesthetic that's really good for temporary pain relief until you can take care of the issue properly. The cactus elephant in particular is really good for this
No.3145
>>3143You should already have alcohol or something similar anyway. You aren't going to die because you lanced a blister. Lance it, pull the sky away from it (it's dead already anyway), soak a rag in alcohol then hold it on the blister for a minute or two. Then let it air dry over night as you sleep. In the morning hit it with alcohol again and cover with band-aid if you want to be a woman about it. This is the only way you're going to have a good time tomorrow instead of being in pain from a blister that will only grow larger until you lance it.
You should have been soaking your feet in alcohol for the last 2-3 weeks every night if you expected to be doing this much hiking and aren't used to it.
Other tips: Buy nylons (they're cheap) and wear under socks. Prevents blisters in the first place if your feet aren't already hard in all the right places like mine are.
I know a lot about foot blisters since I spend so much time doing hard walking in the woods and a childhood in various types of boots doing things like hockey and motorcross. Had a really horrible time with blisters until I figured out the lance+alcohol trick. It'll be gone by morning and you won't even know it was there if you follow my advice. It's worth the pain of finding a bottle of alcohol.
It's going to hurt like hell for about 5 seconds then it's done. With the above trick you're basically getting a few days worth of pain over with in a few seconds.
