With pipe tobacco it depends. The kizami tobacco I looked up was made from virginia leaf, so it would be a pretty sweet and pleasant smell, especially mixed with her natural scent.
While on the topic I might as well mention cigars. They're great to smoke but you're gonna smell like a grandpa all day afterwards.

Even with the imagery you painted, I don't see Ran being a very big smoker in the present with all she does to keep herself occupied. Definitely can see her in doing it a lot more her past.
