I would say the weakest member is Mashiro, but only because she doesn't get enough attention. Since we're in the 'character episode' phase of the last cour she should get a nice episode soon, but I feel like she was unfairly sidelined a bit after the others joined.
Maybe it's the fate of the 'grounded' character, but she's nice.

I feel like she's kinda... plain. Sora has her martial 'tism and heroic drive, Tsubasa is a bird-hybrid plane otaku knight, Ageha is Ageha, but how would you describe Mashiro? I'm not sure what I'd say.

It's really a hard choice, but I kind of have to go with Ageha. I really, really like Elle a lot, but it's kind of cheat-y to immediately choose her because she's so cute. An older Precure that's a teacher/older sister type is just so good!

It's a very easy choice.
Blue cures are always the best
Pink cures are always the worst.
Hag cures are heretical.
Boy cures are a crime against all that is good and just.
Mascot cures should not exist and should not be used.

I looked it up and Ageha is actually only 18. I was thinking early or mid 20s. She's an established teacher so I guess they're just playing to the audience who would even find 18 to be too old for a Precure.
