Does it have to be said first thing after waking up... or first thing you say after waking up...

>>94562It's long been disputed, but the general rule of thumb I go by is saying it first as you wake up.
Your definition of waking up may vary. For some its the exact moment of consciousness returning, others it's getting up out of bed, and some don't finish waking up until they've had a cup or two of coffee.
If you want a good reminder, I'd suggest setting your alarm to something you associate with your rabbit rabbits. For me that is Tewi's PoFV theme.

Time for me to sleep. I hope I can remember this time.
>>94562I give myself half credit for remember to do it before I finish my slow 'wake up' process which takes me about 5-15 minutes. I pretty much never remember the instant I wake up.

It's almost noon, I haven't slept yet and I'm still not sleepy. What happens if my first awakening this month is on the 2nd?
