They told me to come, then asked about why my credentials sucked and then said I was too mentally ill to go there. It wasn't a job interview, just a high school I wanted to go to, but damn, that hurt.
Another time when I applied for a job, they wrote back that I wasn't even shortlisted... But hey, at least they wrote back...
Never let it slip if you're sick or weak in any way before you're hired. Only reveal it if repercussions of not revealing it are worse than doing so.
When they ask about your weaknesses it's a trick question, I just go for what's not relevant to the job (can't lift heavy on a job that requires no lifting).
When they ask about gaps, always claim you were travelling or sth, they can't prove that you weren't on a world tour.
