My surefire solution to all energy problems:
1. Two peanut butter sandwiches for brunchfast
2. 20 minute run
3. Always have a glass of water at hand
4. Mixed nuts and dark chocolate for snacks throughout the day
5. Rice with veggies and golden curry for dinner (set a timer at 6 or 7 PM; cooking takes like 10 minutes)
6. A bottle of wine if it's gonna be a long night (don't do this every night)
7. Protein crackers with hummus and/or two fried eggs
8. Sleep; set alarm to 8 hours later

It looked simple when I started typing this out.

Peanut butter takes time to spread, so I usually just grab an untoasted toast and throw a piece of cheese on it, good to go

I'm not going outside yet, but I'll walk around in circles when I'm eating, listening to audiobooks or just vibing. I really should go outside too though

I drink a lot and only get one cup from the kitchen to force myself to get up to refill every now and then...

I like that chocolate and nuts don't go bad, but I feel sick eating too much of it...
I like apples and carrots as a snack, that's how I get my fruit and veggie intake. (I rinse them and eat them with skin and core, I can't be bothered to peel)
I also like pretzel sticks, potato chips and popcorn, the crunch drowns out the bad thoughts. Dried fruits are also really good and don't go bad easily.

...It's easier to just eat toast again imo... To learn cooking, I started out with instant ramen, then learned to boil egg so I could add it to ramen, then upgraded to actual pasta with instant tomato sauce and then started to learn how to add actual vegetables to it, one veggie at a time. I now know how to make broccoli. I also know how to cook rice, but often, I'll just eat more toast instead of cooking... Toast with cream cheese, cucumber and salt is pretty good...

I try to brush my teeth and get ready at least an hour before I think I'll go to sleep, that way I don't risk just passing out on my keyboard with unbrushed teeth. Ideally, I'll get ready early and then also manage to avoid all screens before bed and just read a book instead so I can go to sleep before 7 AM... My sleep hygiene is still pretty bad rn tho, I fell asleep at 5 AM this morning and woke up a few hours later because the sun was just too bright, I've been tired all day...

It's like eating canned beans but instead of beans, it's chickpeas and they're ground into a paste you can dip your bread in. I'd also eat chickpeas from the can though.
Whether either is worth it depends on how expensive it is in your country I think
