Yeah, she's cute. I have no idea what's going on in it. I wouldn't say it's AotS since there's so many strong shows, but it's good. It's kind of interesting how they went for a retro-ish style for a show that happens in a city that was demolished in the 90s. Generally when there's a mystery build up like this I'm disappointed 80% of the time, so here's hoping for the 20%!

I did and it's hard to say if it's going to be my AOTS, since this season is so strong but it's a strong contender. The dynamic of the cutesy OL trying to get closer to her coworker isn't that complex on its head, but when you add the amnesia aspect and the coworker unable to come to grips with seemingly losing the love of his life and seeing only a broken reminder of what he lost each time he sees her is what makes me really invested in what occurs. Because Kudou does care about Reiko in her physical form and takes actions which hint at this, still incapable of letting go. Though because of that inability to let go, the steps it'd take for Reiko to ever become that woman he loved again seem insurmountable with how the prior Reiko had such a strong personality built off decades of life.

I didn't like the author's last work so I'm not expecting a thing out of the mystery elements and the romance is generic and boring. Also, hags are disgusting, there has never been a good romance with a chick over 30.
