>>92319It's a shame. Budget constraints are a plague on a lot of studios and are the only thing, other than good direction, keeping shows from their potential. The anime is fun and the seiyuu's give a damn good performance, but every so often you can't help but notice the animation.
Your webm showcases it a bit. I don't think CG handles motion very well and sometimes falls into looking like an MMD. Lack of tweening and smear frames. In that scene it's a detriment since they clearly want high energy jamming but the animation makes it feel stiff, their movements don't match the frenetic emotion their faces convey.
