I'm not familiar with them since they seem to be a fairly new addition to /jp/, so there could be a whole bunch of background drama involved for all I know, but from reading the "esoteric" posts in the thread, I don't see what's so egregious about them. Spirituality is not something I'm particularly interested in, but it doesn't seem like anything to get overly asshurt about.
