Yes. This doesn't look different to me than posts like "sexy daughter wife cunny" or "uohhh child needs rape" which are posts that are considered regular lolicon dialect even on twitter where they originate. Do I hate these posts? Yes, very much, but seeing posts I hate is normal. I don't know what other people's lines are for this subject, but I guess the P word is a bit too direct.
I don't enforce cultural ideals these days so other people need to report things.

Am I not allowed to voice my annoyance with a particular type of comment? It doesn't influence my moderating- I mentally dismiss them just like I did with the "pedo" post here.
It's natural that people that like cute girl shows/games/etc for happy escapism and people that like them for for rape fantasies are going to fall into conflict with each other.

Put yourself in my shoes: You're someone that resents the ugly violence and conflict of the real world and enjoys watching shows with cute girls because it activates those moe feelings with the desire to protect them and see them smile and feeds that fatherly instinct despite being fiction. You see the girls happy and it makes you happy.
Now there's a group that enters the thread to do the "UOOOH NEED TO RAPE THAT CHILD!" and "I WANT A DAUGHTER TO MOLEST!" thing. Am I not allowed to be annoyed by it? I was even going to self-delete my 29-sai thread on /amv/ rather than have my experience soured by it, as that was the non-moderator solution, but someone else said to keep the thread so I did. Thankfully the thread has been nice since then.
I don't care what people masturbate to if it doesn't hurt anyone, but I am greatly annoyed when people pivot a thread into their fetish that selfishly (if not proudly) cancels out the enjoyment from others. Some people are doing this in the /jp/ 2hu fairy thread so we'll see how that goes. People that want to see cute girls happy and people that want to see cute girls suffer and be defiled are never going to see eye to eye.

Finally, people taking offense to the P word is a recent phenomena that I have to get used to, but it takes time. As one of the resident old men of kissu, I have to adjust my thinking to the way Gen Z and A does things since that is the group I'm moderating.

Until recently it wasn't even possible to have a thread about an older character without random people entering to kuso on it with "EWW HAG GROSS" or "disgusting!" and other similar stuff that would be out of place on any other kissu thread but was normalized for this.

"loli" has an unambiguous 2D connotation. "Pedo" tends to draw more actual freaks who need to be outcast early otherwise they'll bring everyone down with them. There is no reason to be accommodating in language if it means even the slightest chance of attracting some actual pedophile who mistakenly believes they're in good company. Those types always inevitably end up sperging out and spamming CSAM.

I strongly agree with the decision to cull >>31139 for this reason. The kiwifarms-style of lolcow seekers --- even if it wasn't OP's intention, it would set a bad precedent to keep around with how it was framed as a "laugh at this guy's misfortune" and not "interesting things that have happened on Kissu in the past" --- and CSAM spammers have a concerningly high level of overlap.
