I'm going to have a kissu server setup that'll have ~320 terrabytes of usable space on a Raid6 setup. For myself I'll probably take around either 120tb or 200tb of that space for the home media/jellyfin server I want to make to watch my anime anywhere at anytime, but for the rest of it I want to make that semi-accessible to kissu and let people go wild with storing whatever/hosting games and such. The original idea was just to have the normal ok-ish server and go from there. Specs are as follows:

¥ Dell PowerEdge R740XD
¥ Dual Intel Xeon Silver 4110 2.2GHz, 8 Core/16 Thread, 9.6GT/s,11M Cache CPU’s
¥ 160GB RAM (2666MT/s, Dual Rank) (16GB x 10)
¥ PERC H740P 8GB RAID Controller
¥ 12.6 TB RAW (7 * 1.8TB) 10k RPM SAS 12Gbps 2.5” SAS HDD
¥ iDRAC 9 Enterprise
¥ Dual 16GB microSDHC/SDXC Card
¥ Dual 750W Power Supply
¥ Ready Rails
¥ VMWare ESXi 6.7 U3 Embedded on flash media
On the Dell Server and then for the Storage Unit:
¥ 24*20TB WD Gold HDDs
¥ NetApp DS4246 Disk Array Shelf W/ 24x SAS SATA Trays 2x IOM6 Expansion JBOD

I was wondering specifically about upgrades to give it a gpu like https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/products/workstations/professional-desktop-gpus/rtx-pro-6000/ and https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Ryzen+Threadripper+PRO+9985WX&id=6807. Though while I have clear and specific goals for my hard drive storage, I can't for the life of me find any good reason to justify spending what I'd have to on these upgrades to the server itself. Which is why I want to turn the question over to kissu. Why should I buy these and what other cool things could we do with a hypothetical kissu server?

No clue for the technical details, but if this could be used to host the video files for like movie streaming nights, it could be pretty useful i think.

Surely that's a typo and OP meant GB or 32TB or something?

This can't be right. Looking at the price of one such drive in my local shop and then multiplying with 24 gives like the equivalent of 15k-20k USD, which like the price of a whole apartment or a small house.
OP either got a very rich uncle or he mean 24 2TB drives or something similar.
