I'd only really be able to say which parts of the image appeal to my taste. I could maybe talk about the poses but it would be a bit unnecessary because I'm not an artist.
The value of an image is then, nothing conversation worthy. Because all it is is reposting content for other people's enjoyment, like creating a board of kopipe. If the enjoyment is for the user and contributing to a collection of tastes, then it does have value, but not as something people can contribute to. Low value.
In the hierarchy of value it's pretty low on the list.
If someone were to upload each page of a doujin it would create much more conversation and people would critique it from multiple angles of story/art/pacing.
So someone could put in more effort and produce something that has a higher collective value.
