What kind of retro games does kissu like to play? I'm really into classics like Skyrim and Kenshi that give you a lot of freedom, especially with modding. You can easily lose yourself in their worlds and spend upwards of hundreds of hours in them! Sometimes though it can feel a little boring to just do whatever I want to do so I challenge myself in the origin of Elden Ring. Yeah, that game, Dark Souls. Or if I'm going for a cry I'll play Undertale. The first game by the creator of Deltarune.

It's really cool to spend my time gaming old games because it's like you're exploring an old treasure trove you buried many years ago that contains so much nostalgia of the past. Reminiscing makes me miss the good old days of shooters like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 or Halo Reach, you don't see them making new shooters with that same vibe anymore.

Whaaaat? Skyrim is way older than that. I played it sooo long ago I could barely figure out how to beat those hard puzzles in the caves at the time. They’re a lot easier now that I know how to look up guides and stuff.

One fav I completely forgot to mention, Minecraft, is so fun I still play it now. Probably why I forgot. I still remember finding my first diamonds and being like “OMGz I can finally beat the Ender Dragon!!”

Well, if you think about it, It's been almost 15 years since it was released. The kids that scream "Chicken Jockey" and spending all the time in Roblox and Fortnite weren't even born yet.

I guess we could call Skyrim "retro" if we were playing the PS3 version. Personally, I would require a game to not have been in active development / support for a long time in order to classify as retro. I just found out that Roblox came out in 2006.

i was playing this senpaishooter halo with a friend recently and dont get me wrong its fun but oohhhhh the clunkiness! i cant stand it! and you cant even sprint! everything just feels so slow when you cant sprint or slide cancel. and theres no ADSing its just a weird zoom in thing, its fun dont get me wrong but its age really shows! im glad halo 4 added sprint as a main future, now THAT is a classic
