It depends on legibility. I don't mind bad grammar or spelling, but if it takes conscious effort to read something then it does bother me. It usually takes effort to type that badly, though.

I Hate It When People Type Like This.

It depends on context. If it's a serious post that is attempting to share information, I think it is important to write decently. Otherwise, it hardly matters.

It's To Emphasize My Importance As Every Word That Leaves My Mouth Is Precious For I Am God.

It depends.
Generally, the longer a post is the more important proper grammar, formatting and punctuation becomes.
Punctuation really doesn't bother me as much as long as the intend is clear, bad grammar on the other hand can be pretty annoying, especially when it's something doesn't require a deep understanding of the English language (capitalization of I, your/you're ...).

It's really hard for me to take someone seriously if their text is full of obvious mistakes, and it's even worse when you agree with what person is saying.

What?

You know when you forget words in the sentence or the entire sentence itself.

Not really.
How do you even forget that?
And besides even if you forget, you will notice it missing when you proofread.

My problem is I don't proof read until after I hit post
