Moriya shrine is WAY cooler than her shrine. A functional ropeway leading to Tengu mountains? VERY cool. And what does 'mu have? Two long boring flights of stairs leading nowhere but to her boring shrine. That's all.

She's the only holy woman in Gensokyo willing to officiate any marriages between humans and youkai, so you don't have a choice either way. I should also mention that marrying a youkai at the Hakurei shrine can be very expensive, even moreso if you want blessings for a happy life and a healthy family. It's free if you're marrying a human woman though!

Then you must do a year of community service for the shrine on behalf of your fiancée if you want them to be unbanned and go through with the marriage proceedings. I must warn you however that shrine duty is very rigorous, so if you're at that point then it's much easier to cut your losses and find a new wife. Have you considered the lovely young woman sweeping the shrine grounds? I hear she's a very hard worker!

Poor anonymous went to the Moriya shrine and hasn't been heard from in a week, most likely he was abducted by a tengu and was forced to become a househusband to a harpy of a wife. Let this be a reminder that there's another shrine within spitting distance of the village and there's no risk of being abducted during your pilgrimage there!
