I can't say if it's my favorite fight yet because I've still got to finish BPoHC (it's gonna take a while), but it's definitely my favorite theme.

I like it. It has a lot of amateur charm and sort of has the nostalgic feeling of the first Windows generation of Touhou. You can tell JynX puts passion into his works, even if they don't really stick or are flawed.

Suzumi? They've got a really cool fight, I love the music for it too, very unsettling and it fits their danmaku. The prediction danmaku gimmick is really cool too in a fucky kind of way, messes with your head but in a very fun way.

They've got one of the best designs, themes and bossfights in the franchise IMO. JynX is always really creative with his final and extra boss fights, I think Len'en being as small as it is allows him to get more experimental without having to worry as much about backlash, whereas ZUN might have to play it safe at times due to how much the franchise has grown. My favorite boss in 4 is Senri though, the parody names are hilarious. I'm a sucker for those types of jokes.

Salami's my favorite character :')... I really like their theme in 2. Very emotional especially when coupled with their lore. I don't remember much from the fight but I remember it being quite hard even in the easier extra difficulty, that one ladder spell in particular comes to mind.

I honestly think it's among the least unique when it comes to the Len'en final bosses, but I love the timeout fight with the sword afterwards, it always gets my blood pumping. That one spellcard where they swing the sword around is really cool too, reminds me of Flan.
I don't know who my favorite boss would be, it's been a while since I last played the games...

This is definitely a controversial take, but I genuinely believe that Beneath a Vanishing Cloud ~ Mow Down! is better than anything ZUN has ever composed, it's a genuine masterpiece. Most of ZUN's songs are better than JynX's, but JynX has less than a handful of songs that are better than anything ZUN has ever put out. I really wish Len'en music had at least a fraction of the covers Touhou does.

My thoughts exactly! The current state of Len'en reminds me a lot of the early years of Touhou in the west, it's very nostalgic.
