What shows have you seen them in?
I don't think I've noticed any. If anything would have one this season I'd expect Fate, but I don't think I've noticed anything. There might have been one in the Condemned Hero show, but the frame I saw in the thread seemed to have been self-deleted by the poster.

Instead they just show a lot of skin where panties SHOULD be if it's an ecchi show or physics-defying skirts if it isn't outwardly ecchi. Truly it's a bad time to have a taste for the glimpse!

Both the Osananajimi show and Mato Seihei no Slave have had them I believe. A couple others might have too but I forget.

Oh that's surprising. I know that one is super ecchi and has nudity so I assume panties are there, but I don't know about panty shots. Panty shots lose some appeal (in my opinion) when they're on a girl you'll see exposed for real later on.
