Mistakes add up, you get frustrated, the run snowballs. It's just a miserable experience. I'd rather play any other game.
I kinda get how you feel though, I often get flabbergasted by people calling
my favorite games difficult. Turns out putting 500+ credits into a single game will inevitably screw with your sense of difficulty. It is what it is.
