Perhaps, but probably not. Even if kissu is the spiritual home of /qa/, /qa/ is gone, so a person can never truly be /qa/. Nevertheless, kissu has been here with us before and is here with us now, and as anonymous said, anyone can become kissu, and maybe that is enough.

Hell most of the people from k/qa/ aren't even from the old period of 4/qa/, most of them are /jp/ raiders that colonized the board and got pushed out by the mods.
