If I recall, both oni and arm kasen were spins by Azmaya that ZUN approved, so they are technically her original designs. Part of the reason she has tights is to distinguish her from normal Kasen at a distance.

It's neither the most disgusting or OoC stuff out there, not the most off-model stuff out there. It's usually just hypnosis (deliberately making them break character), them changing outfits and maybe being bustier than usual thanks to it being lewd fanart.
