I don't remember how to do the streaming audio thing, but there's a good chance if you hop into giko before the event one of the regulars can walk you through it. You needed some sort of program to hijack and convert a mic stream (don't need a mic) and it was a massive pain for me to figure out.

It seems like a very specific issue where Voicemeeter fails to take the emulated mic input and turn it into an output. All things seem functional, it's just failing to export audio somehow.
