No.91370[View All]
This is a thread on /qa/ to help facilitate discussion among wandering nen friends that have recently lost their home board. There is already a thread on /jp/ here:
>>>/jp/36668 but due to /jp/'s nature as a board for general nonsense it could quickly be displaced onto page 3, so this thread will also exist on /qa/.
You're certainly not constrained to this thread, but if you want a primary thread to make future plans among yourselves then I figure /qa/ might be a better place. We'll see which thread picks up more steam, but I think I'll link this one to a blotter which I'll update after this thread is made.
To kissu friends: Answer their questions and help if them adjust if they choose to stay here. Respect any decision they choose, however!
Welcome to Kissu, temporarily or permanently! 106 posts and 46 image replies omitted. Click reply to view.

Thank you kissu for hosting us and being nice, everyone has been very nenly here.

And of course, Nenmin had faith in us so we need to live up to it!

So where did nenfriends end up going?
It would be nice if nen could live on as a whole somehow, maybe someone could make a new nen...

comuntities are all like "we don't need a stable admin. It's the regular nature of imageboards to come and go." Until their favorite image-board shuts down and all of a sudden they realize that everything was held together by the admin and the former users just go to different imageboards with nothing new being created, just the former established sites..

>>92256No one ever said that about nen, nenmin was loved and continues to be based on everyone wishing nenmin the best.
I'm sticking on kissu, I would be open to a new board too but this place is nice (there's some gross posts but I can ignore those).
No.92268
>>92266we try to make it so that things that are less nice go onto /jp/ while the more acceptable content goes on /qa/. Then things like /sum/ or /ec/ are not strictly quality controlled and are held to the rules of /all/. It's not particularly important but that's how we manage the site's content and attempt to encourage others to see the site.
No.92269
>>92268Thanks for the explanation, I find the /jp/ /qa/ split a little confusing. I had already left 4chan before /qa/ turned into a /jp/ spinoff, I think that's what happened at least.

>>92269> /jp/ /qa/ splitindeed, no one wanted the board but I made it anyways

>>92252I'm still on /kind/ and this thread. Maybe I'll give kissu an actual try though. Maybe it's not as bad as it seems.
>>92254I don't think it's as hard as it seems to get started, and I'm sure there are plenty of people willing to lend a hand with everything else if you ask.
No.92272
maybe that's a thing that needs to be emphasized more in the future:
the /qa/ /jp/ split is not a content split but instead a cultural one which divides between older sophisticated type of posting and a more free form type of posting...
