Everyone who is mean to me gets taken away by moderator death squads

That's a good question.
¥ Manners above all else
Everyone but obvious trolls should get treated with respect. No putting words into other people's mouths, no disingenuous discussions or gotchas, no moving goalposts. If it's not clear whether or not someone is posting with good intentions, I'd rather have anons calmly point out / ask about the thing they perceive as potentially bad and give the person a chance to respond first. A Kissu example would be how I sadly DIDN'T adhere to this and gave the Alice anon shit for what I perceived as angry anti-Cookie posting, but he was so nice to respond normally and mention that it's not that serious and he's just half-jokingly voicing his distaste for the thing. I believe the topic hasn't come up again since then, but if it did, I wouldn't feel odd about it anymore.
¥ Good balance of fun and genuine discussion
I enjoy just normally discussing things with genuine interest, but rule enforcement shouldn't be so strict that it would kill harmless sillyposting in otherwise serious threads, the same way it shouldn't be so lax that there's a risk of derailment or similar issues.
¥ No name field
Self-explanatory. I think this is treated perfectly on Kissu already and while I can see legitimate reasons for non-mods to use a name in certain situations, I haven't seen it necessary on here and therefore think the option can get killed off altogether.
¥ 2D-focused as a base (prioritizing Japanese content / internet culture and harboring personalities that are typically associated with these topics; no overwhelming amount of 3D or Western content)
I don't know how else to describe this because I never seriously browsed /jp/ or /qa/ for a lack of interest in things other than just Futaba, Nico and Touhou. I don't really follow anime, but I generally like 2D communities worlds more than the alternatives and seeing large amounts of stereotypical Western memes just makes me feel bad. Still, /tv/ and its (previous?) gag culture are parts of my taste, so I'd like to see that one with a healthy balance of genuine discussion, Baneposting and OH N- as well. Genuine discussion, to me, does not include obsessing over celebrities and especially not in the form of thirst threads.
This is primarily why I'd have trouble with the rules, because I'm not sure if the average 2D and reasonable /tv/ poster can coexist and I assume people like me, who enjoy the parallels of things like Baneposting and Soramimi, are a minority. I also don't know what could be done to ensure the 2D / 3D balance.
Another thing is that I'm not entirely opposed to YT videos, but the extremely stereotypical video essays, memes and worshipping of e-celebrities. I'd only want to see the types of videos you'd have posted in the 2000s, but again I have no idea how this could be enforced.
¥ Video games; VOCALOID; general creative efforts / OC; Mecha; toys
Just other things I'd like to see in general.
¥ "Strict" moderation
Also tough, I think I'd like to see Kissu-like moderation, but a little more strict? I think anons who very obviously didn't pay attention to a rule should immediately get the boot, and ones that may or may not have gotten "too passionate" (meaning they didn't show the best display of manners, but didn't come off as legitimately malicious either) should get a warning and receive the boot if it's clear they have no interest of adapting to the site. I don't believe in ultimate fairness, just fairness according to the spirit of a site and its rules, and people unwilling to accept this should leave.
¥ No / extremely limited politics and social issues
I think anons should be able to objectively state common things such as "I decided not to buy X because Y economic issue", but I wouldn't want to see anything beyond that, such as expanding on their grievances about said issues or what they believe to be the cause. I think this is pretty in line with how things are dealt with on Kissu and the same goes for making a topic out of any sexuality or related areas. I also think "non-malicious" racism should be allowed for the sake of humor, imagine how it was in the 2000s when a gag didn't immediately result in a discussion, though again I have no idea how something like this could be clearly enforced without having to arbitrarily judge each individual instance.
¥ Meta culture
I really enjoy anons respecting meta / site culture and having fun with it in creative processes, I think it's an important part of feeling "at home" on a site. This isn't the ideal example because it's only one person doing it, but think 4taba vs. Kissu or harmless jokes at the expense of the mods. Or the relationship between 4chan and Zone, though I don't like such things escaping their ecosystem and generating unnecessary attention from the mainstream.
That's all I can think of right now. I think to notice it's really just Kissu but with 1 or 2 more topics and moderation that is slightly more trigger-happy.

It's like old 4/qa/, pre /jp/ invasion; where it's a hellboard and the point is that everyone is getting into arguments over the minute stuff.
