>>164899You wake up early and want to stay in bed, but you can't. You do boring things all day and finally come home and start doing fun things, but first you have to do some chores. You're constantly worrying about having to go to bed soon and won't be able to enjoy your hobbies for long. Then the weekend finally arrives and you love the first day. Finally it's weekend again. You go all out with fun on saturday, no work this morning. Sunday is wasted with half the day worrying about monday and how much you're gonna miss the weekend. Monday is dreadful, you have a full week left. Tuesday is still in despair, so you got over monday, but it's still a lot more to go. Wednesday feels like routine, it's not too bad when you're halfway there. Thursday you can see the light in the tunnel, you look forward to friday all day because when friday comes you know that you're free after work. Friday is like a weekly birthday. Holy shit it's friday. Everyone is a good mood, today is everyone's birthday, only a few hours left until we're reborn a weekend self.
So basically just like school, but less fun.

>>164902I hate how well this fits... only sometimes you're forced to help family/relatives or go away for responsibilities and suddenly the whole weekend has passed and you've done nothing fun, feel more exhausted than when the weekend started, and now you have a whole work week ahead of you again. Over and over and over again. Year in and year out.
I hate it so much...
Whenever i end up making a big enough mistake that i get fired, i'm just going to live on whatever i've saved up and enjoy every day as a NEET for as long as i can, and then face the final curtain with a satisfied smile.

>>164899Not great but it's OK if you find something you're into. That was me for some time in a lab until I was convinced into studying more.
After a year of bad projects and skipped lectures it was revealed to me by Kami-sama that the freedom I am longing for is found in suicide. Really overestimated myself in trying to please the fam.
Still, I have to move upwards so I can eventually be alone and stop being looked at for a while. Really my only motivation. Not sure how likely that outcome is because I am rather autistic and very tired of using my brain right now.
I hope this menial job I found takes me in because I need money.

Lately, I've been listening to music during meetings, and I've developed a technique where during meetings I browse imageboards and play games while staring at the center of my monitor so it looks like I'm paying attention to the meeting (we're required to keep our cameras on).
