What are some essentials we'd need to make the /qa/ mansion? Personally, I'm leaning towards a farm plot at the very least for self-sufficiency. With a chicken pen too and maybe more animals but definitely chickens because we ALL need eggs. Maybe some moo cows too for milk. But above all, we need very fluffy and soft beds for good sleep everynight.

First things first. We need a gatekeeper that only lets COOL and AWESOME newfriends in.
For the rest I suggest a greenhouse, a large kitchen, separate workshop building to support craftsman hobbies, and cellar for booze and shab storage. No self respecting mansion can go without a library either, store hard copies of books and have everything digitized to an SQL server.

There would need to be a massive Kuon shrine where we would give thanks every day (with food) and perform elaborate rituals. Naturally there would be a few life-size statues with at least one massive one at least three stories tall.
