I do! I started with 11 when it came out and played 6 to eventually 12 on Easy because I couldn't manage anything on Normal. Then just very recently, 1 or 2 years ago, I started playing again until I was finally able to beat 6 to 13 on Normal! Excluding 9 actually, I just remembered. It has been one of my favorite experiences in recent years and the memories made it a lot better and more emotional for me.
My favorite game is 11, spellcard I think is Kanako's last one because it's really fun to dodge, shot I can't say because my own personal rule is to always just pick Reimu A in every game and I haven't yet thought about what stage I like the most. Maybe Satori's?

UFO is pretty fun but what makes it hard is that you get 0 resources outside of the ufo mechanic.

EoSD for me was actually the most challenging game out of the original early windows trilogy due to the PC-98 hidden rank system. For me though, the game I struggled the most so far (discounting LoLK) was Mystic Square. Mostly due to the homing cheeto projectiles.
And when it comes to Touhou-related in general, Seihou 1's extra stage is impossible for me, even more impossible than most games on Lunatic.
