It does seem extremely suspicious, but it's not a new IP to kissu and a google search does provide results. It's on a site named flashmuseum.org and seems like it was made by twoplayergames.org (and that one says the game is retired)
OP was certainly suspicious with directly copying ESL gibberish, though.
