I highly recommend using cloudflare's csam scanning tool to stop illegal images from appearing on your site. It also helps to block proxies as well. I think as an imageboard community we can stop this shit but we need to start taking measures to put an end to it. If you want to step away from your board for awhile don't leave posting open. It will get spammed. Just put it in read only until you come back.

And yes, I'm posting this on all the imageboards I find. No I'm not a bot.

It's on. It doesn't work

>Whenever the CSAM Tool finds a match to known CSAM on your zone, it will submit reports to NCMEC on your behalf using your NCMEC CyberTipline credentials. If you do not have credentials, you can request them by emailing [email protected] Visit the NCMEC website for more details
nvm. they added more steps since I last looked at ti

K I sent them an email

finds a match to known CSAM
Bet they have PB's of CSAM.

Indeed, and I bet they circulate it too

Don't think OP is here to talk, but I appreciate what he did.
Yeah, unfortunately it doesn't seem to do much. It's possible that it's preventing something, but if it is then it must be something everyone uses because when you see one appear on one board you'll see it pop up on others at the same time.
It does at least demonstrate to your host that you've taken a stance against the illegal spam, but its actual efficacy at anything else is questionable.

it's more important for 4taba, and if we switch to a single server rather than two. The CSAM issue is one of my bigger concerns with maintaining 4taba in the future

cloudflare already has a stranglehold over enough of the net don't you think?

They offer a useful service.

My god...

cloudflare provides the site multiple levels of defence against hackers and spammers

this is one of their rackets

I don't care so much about the "person" in question, but this post in the happenings thread alongside a dip in spam has me curious as to whether the proxy service in question was being utilized by these spammers to post on imageboards. >>>/qa/92179

What really makes me curious is that for the most part all of the IPs associated with the spam were Russian.

Yeah, it seems like a quite a coincidence if not. I was expecting a dip after the war, but it didn't really happen. This, however, yeah, it seems like it took a hit.
