"The present" from "Kazuo Umezu's Horror Theater" which are like 6 movies... All the movies in that collection are pretty disturbing... Also is amazing how that shady looking dude, which was mainly a mangaka has done a bunch of films, composed music and even his own videogame and other stuff.
